Check to see if SupportAssist is installed. If it is, remove all instances of SupportAssist and SupportAssist Agent. Why we haven't received an updated version that is automatically updated and this one isn't pulled is beyond me. A lot of people have had this issue, including myself and the hotfix didn't fix it.

Thank you so much! I don't know why Dell would put out an unstable product but whatever. I appreciate it a lot, that's been bugging me for so long!
