Alienware 15 ghosting

Hello,

So I just got my brand new Alienware 15, and I noticed that I can't press certain key combinations like W-D-Left Arrow or S-D-Down Arrow.  I did some research, and it looks like this problem is called "ghosting."  Is there any fix for this?   I really want to be able to play Binding of Issac again.

    Hi, 

    What exactly happens when you press those key combinations? Are you using an external keyboard?

    The W and D keys register, but the Right Arrow key does not register.  I'm using the built in key board.

    It sounds like a hardware problem. If your system is in warranty, send me your Service Tag in a PM for hardware assistance.
