I need you to verify a few things with her to help identify the problem:
Is the problem only while browsing or every time she scrolls with the touch-pad? Does it affect every internet browser? Has she checked the Synapticssettings from the Control Panel? Does it work properly with an external mouse?
Please update the thread when you have this information!
Hello Naomi, thank you for your reply. The problem is she doesn't know much about computers. Maybe she could locate the control panel but from there she won't be able to continue. She doesnt have a mouse as well. I could do it if she returns here in Finland. Though if ever it needs to be repaired, can I contact Dell Finland? Can they repair it? Thank you
To get service in Finland you just need to complete an International Warranty Transfer to change the address from Canada to Finland. The phone number is: +358 9 6937 9416.
I see. So once the warranty has been transferred, if ever a problem arises, they can do the service/repair. I am quite worried since there is no alienware finland, only dell. The nearest is in Sweden. Anyway, thank you again for your reply Naomi. I will keep you posted once I get the laptop.

The AC adapter is 115-230 VAC so it should work fine on 220V.
