Alienware Alien Command Center constantly crashes

It worked fine before but all of a sudden stopped working. I've reinstalled and repaired multiple times but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions? You can try to uninstall the command center, perform a power drain, update the BIOS to the latest version you find in the Dell support website and reinstall the command center again.
