Alienware Aurora: Missing a Mouse

Hello! I ordered my Alienware Aurora a while back and I never got the standard Alienware USB Mouse when I thought I selected it when I ordered. I E-mailed Dell and they sent me some REALLY basic black Dell mouse. I wanted the Alienware one. How can I get one? It's just the standard USB Alienware mouse. Not the Alienware TactX Mouse. Thank's!

You need to check your order ' receipt " . If it's listed then call and they will send it  out. They forgot my hat and headphones, I got them a few days later.

On the bottom it says:

DP/N: KKMH5

I think it's just like the white XPS USB optical mouse, except it's black and has a grey Alienware head logo on the top and the word Alienware. I use it for now ... and it matches the plain (free) Alienware keyboard.

Try Tech Support (and be nice). If something was missing, they usually just send you one.

The free mouse is terrible quality but it does say Alienware on it. Its very boring looking and not special at all and feels/looks super cheap. BUT its free so what do you expect. Honestly dont even waste your time if thats the case. The standard Dell mouse is probably better unless they changed them cause I have both( I dont use them) and I think its better than the free Alienware mouse. I gave my Alienware mouse away actually and I decided to keep the standard Dell mouse instead just incase my G9x breaks.

Yea it works and if you want a mouse that matches then I guess try to get it. But im sure everyone was expecting more being its Alienware. Its quality does not match the computer. You need a high DPI mouse to make the most of gaming, Alienwares are for gaming so it should have a mouse on par even if its free. Go for the Tactx if you want matching if not Id recommend the Logitech G9x that also matches (you can change colors) just doesnt say alienware.

I agree ... it's average ... but it's optical and the buttons work. My only real problem with it is the scroll wheel appears to have poor resolution.

The parts page list two Dell mice for the Aurora and Area-51:

$15 KKMH5 Alienware Entry Level Mouse Obelix (Primax MG100)
$60 U253N Alienware Gaming Mouse Merciless (Logitech MG900)
