Alienware Command Centre BROKEN!

Something is wrong with my Alienware Command Centre. My PC fans will not change speed, sometimes randomly they will go crazy. The liquid cooling pump has failed apparently and the temp sensors are not working. The AlienFX is not displaying and the lights on the PC are constantly on. I have tried removing the whole application and its data then reinstalling however when i finish i get multiple error messages.

Yes it is the latest version i have been installing before you tell me to do that.
