Alienware service tag

I am talking about the rectangular silver piece on the bottom panel which can be screwed off that has "Alienware" language on it. I know dell or Alienware makes custom worded ones along with the Alienware language under the custom word. How do I go about getting a custom one?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom Service Tags, nor do we know of a company that can offer that. 

Yes, I figured you were referring to that. We stopped making these plates several years ago, they use to come with our older Alienware models, our newer models no longer come with these plates. 

My laptop doesn't have one at all how do I get even a regular one?

If your Alienware laptop was built after 2014 there is no nameplates available and never have been, there is not even a slot to put the nameplate if you could get one.

If you have a older model then checkout ebay, there was a UK seller a few years ago specializing in the original plate with custom writing, sorry I don't remember who the seller was but with a bit of persistant searching you should be able to find one for a older model
