audio,recon

Question

check the attachment I play Counter Strike : GO  and I like the audio recon idea, but the problem is the radar detection is like quarter of the radar 'north side of radar'.  it doesn't show if the sound is coming from south east or west,  all the sounds from all areas are stuck in north side in alienware audio recon settings the tests shows the radar detecting all 360 degree and its fine but not in Counter Strike need help please

hi,

my Alienware is 2 weeks old and its 17r4 core i7 6820hk, GTX 1070

I only have the CS:GO

and since the first play I noticed the blue bubble on right side but all the sounds were stuck on north side ,, later on I noticed it is Alienware Audio recon but couldn't be fixed
