I only opened the case after the extended warranty ran out. I had tried to contact Dell once but I must have emailed the wrong address for help and since I live in a major pain I kept putting off calling you guys. But the fact remains that a tech sent by Dell ruined my X51 and Dell won't even take responsibility for their techs poor work. SO now I must try and troubleshoot this tower myself and find a way to fix it. You may take a look at the case if you would like related to  Thank you for responding and have a great night.
