command center issues

I have a refurb Area-51   M15x-R1 runing on Vista 64-bit,   that i got in January of 2010.  I had to do a clean install a few weeks ago.  Command Center is NOT in my My HIve download driver list.  I have had several frustrating searches to locate the correct download for command center.  The only one i've found that appears to be compatible is the one with file name. R232274  but i don't think that is right as my command center installed on the machine was different and there is no sign of AlienSense.

I've been getting continual  On Screen Display Utility errors with the machine since the clean install (also frequent windows errors that i can't seem to correct) i was hoping there was an easy(ier) way to sort through the various Command Center downloads.  As i've poked around online I've only seen reference to getting it via My Hive and it's not there for me.  I'm very frustrated and 1/2 an inch away from turning this thing into a rather expensive frisbee.

any help would be massively appreciated.

Even though you purchased it in 2010, it is a pre-Dell Alienware PC. We do not have any training in those pre-Dell PCs. We do not have access to log into the pre-Dell Alienware website. Please contact Pre-Dell Legacy Alienware Support at 1-866-287-6727.
