this error pop up Alien ware Command Center. how to fix this error

What model Alienware?
What versions of Windows?
What version of Command Center are you running?
Have you tried shutting down, remove power-cord (and/or battery) press power-button a few times to dissipate all power, re-plug into wall, and start-up computer?
