Hi, I just ordered a new alienware and its ship date has been pushed back a week with no explanation, no offers to upgrade shipping to help get it in closer to the original promised date, nothing.  I have an old alienware right now, but was worried that dell buying them out may have caused degradation to the product.  Is this delay just a symptom of a bigger problem?  Should I be worried?  I would think they would at least give me enough detail so I know whats going on.  I'm thinking of just cancelling this order, anyone have a suggestion?  Anyone from dell care to tell me exactly whats going on?
