Dell Dead Pixel Policy for Alienware M14X?

Hi guys,

What's the Dell dead pixel policy for the Alienware M14X?

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?docid=414288 doesn't cover this and http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&cs=RC956904&l=en&s=hied&docid=DSN_60EC97300BA883BBE040AE0AB8E10ED0&isLegacy=true is two years old.

I have 3 Years Next Day In-Home Service as my service level.

Hey Liam,

Best to call Dell on this - they replaced my screen with a single dead dark pixel and a single dead bright pixel, so I think it's the same as support.dell.com/.../document .

Give Dell a call. If you have the 3 year extended in home service, this should be covered.
