UNSOLVED
AlienFX used to work only on iTunes 32-bit versions and the only version they are releasing now is 64-bit. Most Windows XP drivers do not work with Windows 7, 8, and 10. WDDM 1.0 vista drivers work but only with their 32 bit or 64 bit respective versions.

Can you please confirm your Alienware model name/revision? Did you recently update Itunes?
