Keyboard Backlight not working after windows 10 1709
I have an Alienware 13 R3 and after the Windows 10 Creator Update 1709 my backlight on my keyboard stopped working. I have checked my device manager and there is a Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I have tried uninstalling that device but still not working.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @jmarbutt,
Make sure you have the latest BIOS version.
Then check if the light will work by running the AlienFX Tester:

If the light doesn't work with the tester uninstall and reinstall the command center in a proper way following ALL the steps on this article:
