I have problem , when i go into csgo or havenbenchmark , i look at cpu and gpu usage jumps from 90 to 20 and fps drops , also the logo of the power turn green and red all time i tried everything almost , bios update , gpu update , windows drivers , i did install new windows 10 , nothing seems help , i run dell test everything passed but only 1 thing failed ( PCI Express Status Test ) i don't know what is this , i got this used laptop from someone online what should i do?
