Screen flicker & mouse pointer jumps 17r4 GTX1070
When external monitor (50" TV) is used by different HDMI channel (XBOX or cable) through receiver, the laptop monitor flickers about every 5 seconds & mouse pointer jumps about 2". I have display settings set to extend display.

Hi,
Just to confirm, you tried 2 different HDMI cables and the same issue occurs? Have you tested another monitor besides your TV?
