updating BIOS throws a error: allocate memory for system flash fail

Hello all,
I have tried to update my Alienware M14X drivers, as a part of the updates, I also saw an update available for the BIOS, I installed all the others and then the last was the BIOS since it needs a mandatory restart. When I hit the download, after the package is unzipped, it automatically prompts this error on the screen - "allocate memory for system flash fail". 
I am quizzed, can someone please help me with it, much appreciate.
