My Dimension 4550 will not boot.  It turns on, the code lights are all green, all I get is a blinking cursor.

 

I run the dell diagnostics in the quick test and it tests fine.  In the longer tests in gives me an error code of 0F00:0442 while testing the ide drive.

 

Any help would be appreciated
