Dell Diagnostics Light

2 of the lights on the back of my Deminsion 4700 are yellow whe nI turn on my computer. All it does is beep a bunch of times, and nothing ever shows up on the screen. Also, the fan starts going really fast and is very loud. 2 of the lights are green, and the last 2, C and D are yellow (or 3 and 4). I looked on the site and that combo of lights isnt listed. What do the lights mean? I've tried unooking everything and sometimes the beep goes away, if I unplug the power from the motherboard. Otherwise, it's always there.

I looked and the C-D yellow A-B green combination means:

A possible expansion card failure has occurred.

    1. Determine if a conflict exists by removing a card (not a graphics card) and restarting the computer.
    2. If the problem persists, reinstall the card that you removed, remove a different card, and then restart the computer.
    3. Repeat this process for each card. If the computer starts normally, troubleshoot the last card removed from the computer for resource conflicts (see your Owner's Manual).
    4. If the problem persists, contact Dell (see your Owner's Manual).

What exactly is the beep code? You can look here to find what it means:
