Dell Precision 490 will not enter Setup or Boot modes
I have a Dimension 490
I want to add memory and upgrade from Windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit Ultimate. To do so I need to change the boot order to CD or USB. However, I can't even get Setup or Boot Options to show up when hitting F2 and F12. Monitor is gray and the 1 2 3 lights are on green.
How do I get this thing to enter Boot or Setup mode?

Hi GDStuart,
Are you using a wireless keyboard? If so, try connecting a wired keyboard. When the system boots, do all four lights turn green?
