encountering problems with dimm1/2/3/4 memory installtion
dimm1,2 - 1gb 1r
dimm3,4 - 512mb, 2r
complains that memory in dimm1,2 has to be swapped with dimm3,4
any leads ?

If you are trying to do a DDR dual channel mode thing, you want generally want to have the gig in slots 1 and 3, and the 512 in slots 2 and 4...

If you are trying to do a DDR dual channel mode thing, you want generally want to have the gig in slots 1 and 3, and the 512 in slots 2 and 4...
