The error you are getting is related to your printer.
The wrong version of the run-time file, Msvbvm50.dll, is installed on the target machine.
Remove your printer and unistall the software for it. Then reinstall the software and re attach the printer.
It may not be compatible with your version of windows.

Are you using a Dell printer?
The file DLCDtime.dll looks like a part of Dell printer driver software. I would suggest you to uninstall and re-install the printer driver from Control Panel.
You may click on the link http://dell.to/QjjZDA -> type the service tag of the printer -> choose the operating system to download and install the driver.
