I have two major problems:  extremely slow computer speed and fuzzy, distorted internet pictures and images.  I have talked to FIVE technicians on Chat Support.  Each time I have answered the same questions and spent 20-30 minutes doing so only to have the Session Ended sign appear.  I have been asked my phone number five times in order to update files.  I would think they should be updated by now.  Only once did we ever get to disussing how to fix my computer problems.  From my experience, the Chat method is lacking in effectiveness.  So, right now, by Dell computer is totally useless, except as a very expensive doorstop.  If anyone has any suggestions how I can cure my computer problems (my problems with Dell are unfixable), I would appreciate it very much.  I am very frustrated both at my computer and at Dell.  I would hope someone would care that their product is not performing properly and then would devise a way to help me resolve the issue.  Thanks for the ear.....M
