Do you want us to help you or just take a guess at what you are trying to ask?

What about the error:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.

Error loading type library/DLL.

I keep getting it when trying to load a game.

I'll take a guess at the cryptic message.
Pip has caused an Error in Kernel32.dll
If this is what you are trying to convey to us, and you have Norton Anti Virus, then disable script blocking.

On the Start menu, point to Programs, Norton AntiVirus, and then click Norton AntiVirus 2001.

At the top of the Norton AntiVirus window, click Options.
In the Options for Norton AntiVirus dialog box, on the left side under System, click Script Blocking.

On the right side, clear the Enable Script Blocking check box.

In the Options for Norton AntiVirus dialog box, click OK.

I found the site below when I was having the same InstallShield error. Sections 8 and 9 solved my problem. The missing files mentioned in 8 are found in the file you can download in 9.
