Pause, Hesitating response, Delayed command response.
Brand new Dimension 8100 Windows ME
Processor: P4,WIL,1400/400,0K,SKTW.
In every application and during internet connections, my computer has long 5-10 sec delays in responding to commands. Why does this occur? How can I eliminate the problem?
I also lose (disconnect) from my internet dial up service for no apparent reason. What can I do to correct this problem?
