This link from Gateway support is the best I have ever found on PIP errors. It is very comprehensive and I am sure you will find your problem here. Most of the errors I experienced with PIP were solved by shutting off all script blocking programs ( like NAV ) and also downloading the MS patch for PIP if you have not already done so.

Happy pipping.

You need the HP update. Look here

If you still get errors try updating your printer driver.

Fredha, I have a Lexmark printer. Do I still check into the HP update?

June,
If you have Norton AntiVirus 2001 or 2002 installed then its script blocking feature is most likely the cause of your problems. Take a look at this.

Just wanted to say "Thanks" to all of you. With your help, I think I've got the problem licked. I downloaded the HP patch and so far............it's working. Thanks again for your quick responses and tips.
