USB Controller Drivers - Dell 2350

When I go to Device Manager, I see a "Yello" sign next to USB Controller

I have tried installing the "Dell Intell Chip Set" drivers but that didn't help fix this.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to get the corrent drivers for this USB Controller.

If you reinstalled XP, you need to install the CHIPSET driver as you noted (make sure it's the one listed for your 2350). If that doesn't work, did you do your reinstall with devices plugged in? If so, unplug all (except keyboard and mouse), uninstall all USB in Device Manager, then reboot.
