Will Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor E6400 run 64 bits windows?

I thinking to try windows xp 64 bits on my e520 computer. But I am not sure my computer's processer suport  it or not ?

It will, but be sure all your peripherals (printer, camera, scanner, etc.) have 64-bit drivers - many don't, and 32-bit drivers won't work.

How about internal modem?  will it work? It is important because it need to go online to find the necessary driver.

Get all your drivers (if available) before you install the 64-bit OS. In addition, you will not be able to access more memory than with 32-bit XP because of the the Intel 945 chip-set doesn't support this.
