Secondly, what happens when you press the gauge button couple of times with an interval of 5-10 secs?

1. Launch Charms from the desktop interface.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Control Panel.
4. Select Power Options under Hardware and Sounds.
5. Select Dell Extended Battery Life.

When the AC adapter is disconnected, the LED's are off.

First, when I press the gauge button once, LED's are on. So I continue pressing it, and then, on my press on the button LED's are off, and when I release my finger from the button, LED's are on. I repeat the press 6-7 times and then LED's turn off as usual.

Battery Health Meter is telling me that my battery is performing normally. I enabled Dell Extended Battery Life, and when I fully discharge the battery and charge again, I will inform you about its behaviour.

I would update the BIOS if those things above won't make any changes. (I have A05 version now).

I think that the problem is solved. I successfully charged my laptop, all LED's were off after a couple of hours.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what, but I unplugged Logitech Unifying Receiver from USB port(which I use for wireless mouse). Before problems with charging, the Receiver was plugged to eSATA/USB port, but I think that the problems with charging began when it was plugged to just USB port. I accidentaly plugged it to that port (which support charging while laptop is power off, correct me if I'm wrong). So maybe that was the cause of the problem.

Now I have a problem just with one little thing: I changed to Dell Power plan, but after every restart Windows automatically change it to Power saver plan, so I have to manually change it to Dell power plan. Any way to set Dell Power plan as a default plan on startup?
