Hi CHARB1580,

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,

It is unfortunate that your computer is not booting up, I’d suggest you to try few steps to isolate the issue.

1. Disconnect external peripherals ( Like Printers , scanners , USB media/ HDD , optical media )

2. Remove the Battery and disconnect the AC Adapter and press and hold power button for a minute so it drains the flee power

3. Connect the battery back in and AC adapter and Press and hold Fn key and Power on the computer which will initiate the Diagnostics

4. The diagnostics will begin which will check the functionality of the hardware and make sure once the test is complete to make a note of error message if in case

Try these steps and reply us know any issues.

Hi CHARB1580,

Thank you for your response,

I appreciate that you’ve tried the steps mentioned previously and it is considered as a Software issue as all the tests passed on hardware.
