Hello, I have a problem with my Alienware m14x. Its subwoofer does not work anymore (I think it is due to setting the MaxxBass into maximum value, because i really love the sounds that it produces T_T). I do driver updates, BIOS update, and even restore to factory state via AlienRespawn. But still, no luck. I just want to know if Dell deployed technical support here in the Philippines. Thanks!
