Drivers for Bluetooth Peripheral Device vostro 3500

On my Vostro 3500, in the Device Manager, the Bluetooth Peripheral Device status says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the device information set or elelment. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." On clicking Update Driver I get the response that driver not found. Kindly advise what needs to be done.

 I don’t know if the drivers have been installed in the correct order. The driver version for this model is 6.2.1. 900. Is there any way to fix this issue without re-installing the windows OS?
