Drivers
I have windows 7 and just had to reboot my laptop again. The dell dock (don't know what it's really called) that is across the top of screen that has the media player and skype and all those links, well I'm missing that and need to know what drivers to download to get it back. Plus the mouse pad does not let me scroll down with my fingers or emlarge screen with fingers either. What do I need to do? I have done this before but can't remember how. PLease help!

Model of Laptop e.g. Dell Inspiron 6400?
The Dell Dock was superseded by Dell Stage and for newer systems you should download Dell Stage. this can be obtained from My Dell Downloads but requires use of 32 Bit Internet Explorer:

The other issue should be resolved by installing your touchpad driver from the Dell FTP Website:
