EffectBuilder problem...

I just format and install Xp and every other software for every other components. I just also install the EffectBuilder, but when I start it it gives me error and says, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application" ... This is what it prompts me... please help on this...

    Ok, I fixed it. You have to install .net 2.0 vom M$ and now it work's fine!
