Help with Latitude D620 drivers

In my infinite wisdom I have somehow gotten rid of all my drivers for my computer. My first problem I encountered was my lack of resolution, my screen size didn't actually fill up my screen, my second problem was my audio was everywhere but in my computer and that is now fixed. I'm not sure if my video and sound drivers are correct. My sound seems to work fine, but is there supposed to be an Nvidia driver on this series laptop?

 

Also, I believe this thing was at one point (before i messed it up) bluetooth compatible. I say that because I have a small icon by my power light that is the bluetooth icon, but I cannot find anything on my computer about bluetooth.

 

In my add hardware tab it shows some pieces of hardware that have not been installed yet and I am having trouble finding the correct drivers for them, they are.....
