How to fix error windows 10 screen logon loop?
My Dell Latitude E7450 after upgrade from windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro, i restart and when windows run to login scree loop and flashing.
How to fix this error?
How to i recovery may laptop to windows 7 pro from recovery partion on ssd?

I have the same problem. My upgrade worked only one week. Now I'm in the horrible loop once again. You give directions to get into the Windows recovery environment, however I have the option to go to F2 or F12 and that's it. When I restart the computer 3 times as instructed, I only get the same loop.
Please tell me what to do! I was online with support this afternoon for over 2 hours on this same issue.
