inpiron 4150

My laptop won't powerup I have try:

- plugin overnight

-remove the battery then powerup but don't work

What's wrong with my laptop, please help

Reseat the hard drive, memory, any removeable CD-ROM drive, any miniPCI cards, and the CPU. If that doesn't improve things, you need to call Dell and arrange a repair.

I did all that but nothing happen.

Call Dell and they want $650.00 for the motherboard. Any suggest?

It does sound like a replacement mainboard is in order, and that price is about on par with expectation.

Does the green light on the AC Adapter light up? If not it might be a bad ac adapter and not a bad motherboard.
