Hello,

   I have an M5010 that is now presenting with the 7 beep code when booting. This seems to be a well documented issue on these forums. As the device is out of warranty I have seen several moderators request the Service Tag in a private message to provide additional assistance. I am prepared to share that information if a moderator for Dell could respond to me.
