Press F8 before WIndows loads, choose Repair and then Restore. It will restore your system to factory condition. You can also use the utility on the hard drive to prepare a set of recovery media in case the quck restore function ever fails, or the hard drive needs to be replaced.
ahem..... i seems to have understood a little on it....... sincere apologies, but could you be kind enough to further simplify it.
