i have an inspiron 8200  and 2 days ago from the moment i turn it on, the screen is garbled  with dots or streaming lines etc

i cant seem to play dvds or games on it now as it comes yp with a message like no video overlay or directx or videos driver is out of date  but i have installed the omega radeon driver so whats wrong?

any help please
