Unfortunately, there is no key combination which can perform a scroll lock function. I would suggest you to use an external USB keyboard which has a scroll lock key on it.
You may also try using the auto hot key software application with which you can remap the function of a scroll lock to any other key combination. You may refer to this video http://dell.to/HcsSAd on how to use Autohotkey.
