Touchscreen problems
Hi
I have a Dell Inspiron 3537. I have been having touch screen issues recently. I realized that it has nothing to do with software.
When my screen is less than 90 degrees from the base, the touchscreen works perfectly, but once the screen is extended more than 90 degrees, the touchscreen does not work and my computer says "No pen or touch input is available for this display."
What should I do? It is obvious that this is a hardware problem. Is there anyway to fix this myself or do I have to pay an arm and a leg to have a company do it?
Thanks!

Hi mdtur,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and Video card driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and Video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.

If you still face the same issue. Please private message us the system service tag and the region you are located so that I can check the system configuration and assist you further. To send a private message, click on my name and send private message.
Please let me know if this helps.
