Will not Charge
I have a Inspiron 1100 when I put it on to charge the charge LED does not light up and It won`t power up when I press the power button all it does is the Power LED and Battery LED flash on and off and it won`t come on is this a battery problem.I Know my Charger is working is there anyway to test the battery.
