Windows 7 Problem
Hello I'm having problems with my Windows 7 updates. I have 2 important updates but then when I try to update them
this error comes up "FFFFFFFE" and i check but it said you have to reinstall windows 7 and I tried that too
but my windows 7 won't even reinstall either. It takes me to this set up page where they tell me to enter user and password and i
did but says not verified or something. Plus the blue screen keeps popping up so i don't know what to do now.
Please help if anybody knows.

Hi Jeff,
Let first run the diagnostics on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine.
To run the diagnostics turn off the computer then press and hold then FN down then turn on the computer and keep holding the FN key down. Let the test complete and check if it provides any error message.
If hardware is fine, scan the computer for any malware using the virus program which would be in the computer.
If it is fine then try to the computer to factory settings, providing the link for detailed instruction: http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&cs=19&docid=125843&doclang=en&l=en&s=dhs
However, before you try to do that you need to back-up to avoid any data loss.
