sound promblem

my laptop has no sound.have adjusted all my master volume to the top but still nothing..nothing coming out of my my headphone jack  either.The only way i have sound out of my laptop is  when i connect through bluetooth  device.Have tried to restore factory but didnt work to restore the sound ...what might be the cause of this promblem.

please help
