Can you please explain how you "reset" your system? I wonder if you used an option in BIOS/Setup to wipe the drive. If you did wipe the drive, you need to reinstall Windows.
Here are my detailed steps to perform a clean install of Windows 10 or 11. And, here's another description of the install process, from a Microsoft MVP.
