Stuck on loading screen

G3 15 3590 windows 10 I bought it two days ago and it was working fine until yesterday it started showing BOSD kernel security check failure. Anyways I wasn't sure about a game I downloaded online so I ran system restore. It loaded in less than 2 mins till 99% then got stuck afterwards for almost 2 hours. And the laptop didn't have anything on it anyways. Only maybe 10 GB were used. So after it got stuck I force shut it down. Then I tried to open it up, then it got in loops of ' preparing for automatic repair' then the loading wheel gets stuck for several minutes. So i keep force shutting down the pc then turn it on again. So either i get another BSOD saying (unexpected kenel mode trap) or get stuck in a loop between the loading logo or waiting for auto repair till the loading wheel gets stuck on one of them. I don't know what to do anymore. I cannot even get dell dell Egypt support number from their website!! Someone please help me. What should I do? Will installing new windows from a usb help? Ps: i cannot proceed to the automatic repair page anymore!! I cannot access safe mood or anything because of this.

The best way is to format and re-install the windows 10.
