Windows Blue!
The next version of Windows could show up as early as this summer. It is codenamed "Windows Blue"
It's not clear if Windows Blue will be something spectacularly new or if it will be what the Windows world calls a "service pack."
It wouldn't be surprising if Microsoft released some kind of service pack for Windows 8.

Microsoft TAP has been quite might just be a Service Pack.
I do find it interesting that some MS products are moving away from Rollup packages and will be replaced with Cumulative Updates (CU’s). The only drawback you will not be able to uninstall a Cumulative Update once it has been installed.
