1905FP Backlighting issues
Well, I recieved my 8400 on time, Good job Dell, from all the beatings you guys take daily ya'll certainly did your part, thanks. I do have a question about my monitor.
I recieved the 1905FP which is very nice, but I have noticed that in the upper left corner that the color is almost white on a blue screen and sorta washed out when I have a browser up. I have no dead pixels so, out of the 2 main discrepancies I have read about these monitors I have 1. Their is also a little bleed through of red at the bottom when I have the XP user log in screen up.
Question is , Think I should just use the thing and Forget about it, or is it worth pursuing getting a replacement. I kinda feel as though it should be close, to perfect for the amount we pay for this but I guess I very well could get another monitor with no lighting issues, and dead pixels which I find more annoying.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

Chances of your getting a 1905 without backlighting issues are slim, consider yourself lucky if you have no dead pixel problem.
I had to return 3, have now given up
